Mansa Car Rental operates under Mansa Group NV in Suriname.
By making a reservation or renting a vehicle, customers agree to comply with this Rental Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability

Online reservations do not guarantee immediate confirmation

Availability is confirmed within 24–48 hours after submission
Rental Rates & Taxes

All rates displayed on the website are exclusive of 10% turnover tax (VAT)
-
Taxes and additional charges are shown during the reservation process
-
An official invoice is issued once the reservation is confirmed
Payment & Deposit

Full payment and a refundable deposit are required before vehicle collection
-
Deposit amounts start from €250 and vary by vehicle class
-
Cash deposits are refunded immediately after vehicle inspection
-
Non-cash deposits are refunded within 3–5 business days
Driver Requirements

Minimum driver age: 21 years

Valid driver’s license required

Additional drivers are allowed at an extra cost and must be registered
Insurance

All vehicles include basic insurance

The applicable excess (deductible) depends on vehicle class

Optional additional insurance may be selected to reduce the excess

The excess remains payable in case of damage or claim
Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and lawfully
-
Inland travel, off-road use and mining areas are only allowed with prior approval

Subleasing or commercial use is not permitted
Fuel & Mileage

Vehicles are provided on a full-to-full fuel basis

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level
-
Mileage limits may apply and will be communicated in advance
Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the rental start date

Late cancellations and no-shows may incur charges as outlined in the Terms & Conditions
Fines & Damage

Traffic fines and violations are the responsibility of the renter

Administrative handling fees may apply

Any damage must be reported immediately
Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition
-
Late returns may result in additional charges
-
Early returns do not qualify for refunds
