To rent a car with Mansa Car Rental, you must be at least 21 years old. There may be additional fees for drivers under 21.

You'll need a valid driver's license, a major credit card in the driver's name, and a valid passport or ID for international customers. Please note that an international driver's permit may be required for non-English license holders.

Our standard minimum rental period is 3 days.
This allows us to guarantee availability, maintain vehicle quality, and offer competitive rates to our customers.

Short-term rentals (1–2 days) may be possible upon request, depending on:

• Vehicle availability

• Season (low or high season)

• Type of vehicle

• Rental purpose

Yes, we offer one-way rentals, allowing you to pick up the car at one location and return it to another. Additional fees may apply, and availability may vary.

Our rental rates typically include:

• Basic vehicle insurance

• 24/7 roadside assistance

Additional services and options, such as GPS, child seats, and extended insurance, may be available at an additional cost.

You can modify or cancel your reservation, but fees may apply depending on the timing and specific terms of your booking. Please review your reservation details for cancellation policies.

We accept PayPal, cash payments, credit card payments (5% transaction fee applies), and bank transfers (Europe and USA) as payment options.

Please note that international bank transfers to our local Suriname bank accounts may sometimes incur intermediary or transfer fees charged by the banks. If the full invoice amount is not received due to these charges, the remaining balance can be settled upon arrival in cash or by credit card (5% transaction fee applies to credit card payments).

Most rentals include unlimited mileage. However, some specialty vehicles or promotions may have mileage restrictions. Please check the terms of your specific rental.

The vehicles shown on our website are example images of the car models available in our fleet. While we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same vehicle or color as shown in the photo, you will always receive a car within the same model range, size, and features. We ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards for comfort, reliability, and cleanliness.

All rentals come with a full-to-full fuel policy, meaning you receive the car with a full tank and should return it with a full tank.
